The System and/or Services and our pages on social media platforms may allow users to post reviews, messages, and other content. You are responsible for all actions resulting from any information, including personal information, which you post on the System, the Services or social media pages. Please remember that any information you post becomes public information, is not subject to this Privacy Policy, and Save My Cord is not responsible for the results of such postings.
Links, Third-Party Websites, and Social Media Platforms
The System, the Services and our communications may contain links to other third-party websites or mobile applications and social media platforms (“Linked Sites”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of any Linked Sites, even if you link to them from our System, Services or communications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Linked Sites. We have no control over the collection or use of your information on any Linked Site. We should read and understand the privacy policies of any Linked Sites that you visit.
California Privacy Rights
Under California law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship the following information: (a) a list of the categories of personally identifiable information, such as name, e-mail, and mailing address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (b) the name and address of all such third parties.
